This weekend was our first adventure up Mount Olympus this year...Man it was harder then i remember! :o) -sorry! i took TONZ of pics i know!!-

towards the end there was snow, but it was a welcomed sight because we were SO hot!!
check out the trail- you totally feel like you're gonna die on the way up but by the time you reach the top youre so proud of yourself for making it!! YAY!!
Our rattlesnake encounter- i think i almost wet my pants!
Poor roxy was pretty pooped and starting to limp cuz she was so sore already- the first time every year she struggles- so JO gave her a lift down (we were ALMOST done)
We made it up and back down in a little less then five hours (then my crazy dad who is the original energizer bunny went on a 15 mile bike ride!) and it was awesome!! I am excited as i get ready to hike it, hate it while we're hiking it and love it once we reach the car!
We will be doing this adventure may more time this summer for anyone who is up to a Challenge!! :o)

Haha, I like how you said you almost died when you saw the rattle snake, but you weren't quite scared enough to NOT take a picture. And by the way, my palms are sweating just looking at how high up that is and how close the trail was to the edge. No thank you!
Oh my hell, you did it again! You guys are crazy, but I am totally impressed. Those pics of Roxy are adorable. I'm glad you did it. Maybe I'll make it a little further this year:)
Yeah, so I am one of those people that will never do that. Come, on...physical exertion? Way over-rated. We live minutes from Mount Timp and I'll never do that either. I am just the world's laziest person. But good for you - you're an inspiration if I ever decide to get off the couch. May be next year you'll do it with a baby Bjorn, huh? (nudge, nudge)
I am impressed too, but I probably won't doing the hike anytime soon. It looks like you guys had a good time.
Wow Calli! I'm impressed! I can't get over how big Roxy is! I still remember when we got her! I think I might like her now...I hated her back then cuz she only pooped in my room! haha, good times! I miss you! Dust will have a few nights off next week, so lets plan something. Also let me know when the girls all get together again! Love ya!
